Ego Is the Enemy of Good Leadership

When we visit companies and learn that their CEO or Founder sits with their team, that’s a great example of a Leader who wants to “be with” their people. It’s not a common practice but those that choose to show up differently have a unique opportunity to connect with their teams in a meaningful way.
